Where is my order/shipping confirmation?
If you can't find your order confirmation, please have a look in your spam folder.
Where can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track the status of your order by clicking the tracking link in the email or by logging into your MILA account and viewing your order history.
Where is my order? Is it shipped yet?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days if the item is in stock. When your package has been dispatched, we will send tracking information to the email or phone number provided at checkout. If you do not receive this notification, please contact us.
Why is my order delayed?
Packages should arrive on time, but sometimes tracking information may not be updated or there may be factors outside of our control that cause delays. If you experience a delay with your package, please don't hesitate to contact us for assistance. We are here to help.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for more information on how to request a return or exchange.
What is the return address?

How to Adjust and put on/off my Cuff or Ring?
Open the ring or cuff open and simply bend it until you find the right size. Our metal is durable and there is no need to worry that the ring or cuff may break.
What material are your products made of?
Stainless steel (316L). Surgical grade steel. Our material is more durable than silver, gold, or platinum and will not rust, corrode, tarnish, stain, or fade over time.
