At MILA, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, and we offer the following shipping options:

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States.

We ship to all over the US within 7 business days. Prices vary on location. 

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. 

 

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your MILA purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@themilajewelry.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions for a return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless the product is faulty. You must return your item with its original packaging. Please note that custom orders and items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return.
